Alpine Hemp Company Order Process

 1. Submit your artwork and info- Select the style you are interested in. Fill out your template/s as best you can in Adobe Illustrator and save in .ai or .pdf format. Our in-house design team can help with this process. All input in the design process is valuable, even a hand-drawn sketch helps.

2. Dial in the Details - One of our friendly team members will be in contact with any questions or suggestions they may have to make sure your new hemp hat design is tailored to your expectations. Every project we create is custom to your specifications. *Hangtags and Joint Caddy® are always Alpine branded unless orders are over 500.

3. Pricing & Minimums - Once design details are finalized we calculate pricing for you to decide if you would like to place a prototype sample order. Prices start at $14 per unit but can vary depending on the complexity of the design. The minimum order is 150 units with discounts at 300, 500, 700, and 1000. *Quotes are good for 30 days, shipping is not included and is calculated by geographic location and total weight.

4. Sample Process - We will submit the design to our factory for a sample to be made. This usually takes 1-2 weeks. *Covid has pushed our lead times a little longer so please be patient. You can approve the sample photos or request an in-hand sample. If you request an in-hand sample keep in mind this will extend the production time by 2-3 weeks.

5. Production Process - Stoked on your sample? Great! Let’s go ahead with a Bulk Production order. Our accounts team will be in contact with a deposit invoice, once all of your details are confirmed and your 50% deposit is received production will commence. Production time is approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of your design and current schedule. *Covid has pushed our lead times a little longer so please be patient. ** Our factory is closed for the Chinese new year holiday from January 15th - Feb.20th

6. Chill– Let us do all the work. - Sit back and relax while our team oversees and closely monitors the production of your order. As soon as your order has passed our final inspection we will ship the order. Once the final product is received your 50% balance payment will be due.

Alpine Hemp Company® custom hats contain between 60-90% Organic Hemp textiles. Our hats are ethically and professionally created at our partner factory in Dongguan City China.
